Senior Manager - Retail & Industry Solutions Marketing (Retail Technology)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States of America

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Build and lead a global marketing team focused on storytelling, growth, and innovation.
• Own the full marketing funnel, from brand strategy and positioning through ABM, demand generation, and conversion.
• Develop and execute insights-led campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Collaborate with business units, finance, communications, and product teams to align marketing with enterprise goals.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic marketing decisions and narrative development.
• Manage budgets and resources, and recruit, coach, and develop marketing talent.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in management roles.
• Experience building and scaling global marketing teams from scratch.
• Deep understanding of retail technology, incubation models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Expertise in ABM, growth marketing, digital channels, and data-driven storytelling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Work location: Palo Alto, California, United States of America.
