Software Engineer II (.NET)

Location: Fully onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States at 9285 NE Tanasbourne Drive.

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership in developing secure, high-quality features and modifications for custom applications.
• Design solutions, write maintainable code, document technical details, and establish coding guidelines.
• Build unit tests, review code, and participate in QA and testing activities with internal and third-party engineers.
• Collaborate with UX teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and user stories.
• Resolve deployment, production, and application issues while improving software supportability.
• Contribute to SDLC adherence, operational excellence, and continuous improvement; coach or mentor others when needed.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of software industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field preferred.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Visual Studio, .NET, and GitHub or other source control.
• Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, UI frameworks, SOA, APIs, and web services.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or JUnit, as well as build tools and version control systems.
• Working knowledge of object-oriented programming, analysis and design, design patterns, Agile methodologies, and the ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
