Systems Developer (C#/.NET)

Location: Hybrid, based in the Bloomington, Illinois or Sun Prairie, Wisconsin office; up to 50% work from home. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Base pay: $75,600–$114,200 USD annually, plus variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, enhance, and support software programs and applications within business systems.
• Integrate applications across business units and systems, including interfaces, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Perform code reviews, implement technical specifications, and maintain technical documentation.
• Monitor application availability, quality, and performance, and resolve technical issues and defects.
• Create test plans, test applications and interoperability, and analyze system test results.
• Design process flows and technical specifications and coordinate multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of related experience developing company-wide applications and linking cross-functional applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript, and MS SQL.
• Knowledge of business application development best practices and a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
