Account Manager (Logistics)

Location: Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; or New York, NY. Frequent customer travel required: 20–25%.

Salary: $70K per year, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to grow and retain existing accounts.
• Expand account usage by engaging new bookers, strengthening existing relationships, and reducing churn.
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify additional logistics solutions.
• Use data to measure and improve growth processes across accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Executives, Operations, and other teams on account expansion.
• Travel frequently to meet customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or high-growth environment.
• Experience in a quota-carrying role with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proven success in achieving targets and driving customer growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
