Customer Success Manager (Logistics)

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $45,000 base salary plus a competitive commission structure

hirify.global is a domestic freight services company providing nationwide less-than-truckload, truckload, and expedited logistics services.

What you will do

• Manage relationships and service needs across an assigned portfolio of freight transportation customers.
• Conduct proactive customer meetings, develop account strategies, and track revenue trends and competitive threats.
• Identify and execute additional sales opportunities across multiple logistics services.
• Make account decisions involving margins, credit profiles, cargo claims, and other account functions.
• Coordinate customers with support and operations teams, oversee execution, and communicate account status to leadership.
• Maintain CRM records, generate customer trend reports, and develop new customer relationships independently.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of logistics experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively by telephone and email.
• Strong organization, record keeping, multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle stressful situations or extended hours when necessary.
