Sr. Solutions Architect (Broadcast IP)

Location: Remote - New Jersey, United States; travel between 90 and 120 days per year, including remote and onsite customer Proof-of-Concepts.

Salary: $101,007-$134,675 USD annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Lead technical activities throughout the sales cycle, from business development and solution design through proposal development, delivery, and post-sale support.
• Design high-level and detailed IP-based broadcast solutions, including Bills of Materials, technical proposals, statements of work, and implementation plans.
• Demonstrate hirify.global’s Networked Solutions portfolio, including IP Live, Nevion, and IP-enabled hardware, to customers and partners.
• Analyze customer workflows and requirements, distinguish essential needs from preferences, and define solutions that meet business objectives.
• Lead remote and onsite Proof-of-Concepts, technical planning sessions, product presentations, training, and upgrade support.
• Relay customer feedback and feature requests to Product Management and coordinate with Professional Services, Customer Support, vendors, and internal technical teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of video contribution technologies and modern compression algorithms, including JPEG2000, JPEG XS, H.264, H.265, and TICO.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking and ideally broadcast technologies.
• Proven track record in technical solution selling and customer-facing technical leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Strong organization and time-management skills; comfortable working virtually and from home.
• Ability to travel 90 to 120 days per year.
