Sr. Solutions Architect (Data Center)

Location: USA (Remote) with a hybrid setup in Woburn, Massachusetts

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise to key account teams and support customer-facing pre-sales engagements.
• Collect customer requirements and develop data-center solutions with account managers and sales teams.
• Create high-level solution architectures, customer presentations, diagrams, bills of materials, and configurations.
• Define service scopes, professional service pricing, and Statements of Work.
• Present technical strategies, advise customers, and promote managed services and consulting offerings.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, proposals, project management, and service delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or military experience.
• 7+ years of experience demonstrating significant expertise in storage, virtualization, compute, converged infrastructure, cloud, or related technologies.
• Experience with an OEM manufacturer, IT solution provider, VAR, or partner organization.
• Operational and design experience with software-defined data centers and technologies such as Dell EMC, Pure Storage, NetApp, HPE, Vast Data, VMware ESXi, vCenter, NSX, Nutanix Acropolis, and Dell servers.
• Ability to work in the United States; the position is associated with a hybrid setup in Woburn, Massachusetts.
