Sr. Solutions Architect (Broadcast IP)

Location: Remote - New Jersey, United States. Travel between 90 and 120 days per year is required, including remote or onsite customer Proof-of-Concepts.

What you will do

• Lead technical design and planning across the full sales cycle, from business development through solution delivery.
• Understand customer workflows and design high-level and detailed IP-based broadcast solutions.
• Demonstrate hirify.global Networked Solutions, including IP Live, Nevion, and IP-enabled hardware.
• Present technologies to broadcasters, telecom operators, business partners, and systems integrators.
• Develop solution proposals, Bills of Materials, Statements of Work, and technical documentation.
• Lead customer Proof-of-Concepts, implementation planning, training, upgrades, and post-sale technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and deploying live production environments for broadcast television.
• At least 3 years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting complex SMPTE ST 2110 IP-based media environments.
• Deep knowledge of JPEG2000, JPEG XS, H.264, H.265, and TICO compression technologies.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking and broadcast technologies, with a proven track record in technical solution selling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, remote work capability, and availability for 90–120 travel days per year.
