Bilingual HR Generalist

hirify.global, LP is hiring an HR professional to support assigned divisions and site management teams.

What you will do

• Coordinate employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, retention, training, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Coach managers on employee relations, discipline, performance improvement plans, separations, and compliance with company and collective bargaining agreement policies.
• Maintain records for hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, employee statistics, and government reporting.
• Support employee engagement through manager training, site visits, mobile-app initiatives, and quarterly engagement action plans.
• Investigate employee relations issues and grievances, conduct exit interviews, and participate in personnel-related hearings.
• Consult with managers and finance on pay activities, wage reviews, pay changes, and HR special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, with 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Knowledge of legal requirements, government reporting regulations, HR policies, and compliance practices.
• Ability to coach managers, handle employee relations matters, and support performance and separation processes.
• A valid driver’s license and compliance with SBM Driver Approval requirements may be required.
• Completion of safety and task-training certifications is required.
