Residential Lawn Specialist/Aerator

Location: Paulsboro, New Jersey; service location in West Deptford, New Jersey. Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.

Salary: $29,053–$60,138 per year.

What you will do

• Apply fertilizers and weed-control treatments safely and precisely.
• Diagnose lawn concerns and recommend solutions during customer visits and calls.
• Measure properties and provide quotes for lawn care services.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, customer instructions, and service notes.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer homes and represent hirify.global during service visits.
• Inspect and clean vehicles and equipment, support facility upkeep, and promote additional services to current customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• At least 19 years old by the date of hire.
• Fluent spoken, written, and read English.
• Ability to read work instructions, complete documentation, perform basic math, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, use proper PPE, and work outdoors in varying weather on uneven terrain and stairs.
