What you will do

• Maintain professional lawn care by diagnosing and treating insects, diseases, weeds, and cultural turf issues.
• Follow scheduled daily routes and arrive at customer locations on time.
• Apply appropriate lawn-care products in accordance with safety procedures and label instructions.
• Build customer relationships through friendly and courteous service visits.
• Respond to phone and in-person service requests in a timely manner.
• Complete paid training to develop knowledge of available products and services.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail, strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently after completing the training period.
