Wildlife & Construction Specialist (Pest Control)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; field-based work at residential and commercial customer properties.

Base pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, with potential overtime, incentives, commissions, performance pay, and route-based earnings.

What you will do

• Perform wildlife exclusion and animal removal services for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend solutions.
• Carry out trapping, baiting, light carpentry, rooftop work, and crawl-space and attic services.
• Install and remove crawl-space vapor barriers and insulation, remove debris, and perform disinfection work.
• Build relationships with customers and internal and external partners.
• Operate and maintain the service vehicle and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least six months of related construction experience.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Ability to set live traps and previous ladder or harness work experience.
• Understanding of different construction types, strong attention to detail, organization, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lead others and pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence and ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and certificates.
