Technology Manager – Electronics

What you will do

• Lead R&D and Technical Service teams focused on advanced electronics formulations and applications.
• Define the local innovation roadmap and align it with global product development strategies and business priorities.
• Translate market and customer needs in electronics, PCB, and semiconductor applications into product and application requirements.
• Oversee the design, validation, optimization, scale-up, and industrialization of solder masks, coatings, gels, encapsulants, and related formulations.
• Lead pilot trials, technology transfer, customer qualification, commercialization, and ramp-up support.
• Develop technical capabilities, knowledge management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within the team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, Formulation, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of R&D experience in materials formulation for electronics, including solder masks, coatings, encapsulants, or adhesives.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and leading innovation projects from proof of concept through industrialization.
• Strong background in scale-up, customer qualification, technology transfer, and commercial launch readiness.
• Expertise in epoxy, acrylic, polyurethane, and silicone resins, as well as fillers, additives, and pigments.
• Ability to collaborate with process development, manufacturing, quality, marketing, sales, and customer teams.
