Paid Social Manager

What you will do

• Traffic and manage paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations for strategy and budget adjustments.
• Build hypotheses, test campaign variables, optimize ad spend, and improve efficiency.
• Report on campaign performance, key metrics, and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with creative, content, analytics, and social teams on briefs, messaging, testing roadmaps, and campaign delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital media and paid social strategy, planning, buying, implementation, budgeting, reporting, and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing performance using engagement, lead, conversion, and ROI metrics.
• Experience making creative recommendations and working with creative teams on channel-specific campaign practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
