Paid Social Senior Lead

What you will do

• Lead paid social strategy and execution, including budget planning, tactical implementation, and performance optimization across major platforms.
• Develop creative, messaging, campaign structures, and targeting approaches aligned with platform best practices and client objectives.
• Analyze cross-channel performance data and provide recommendations to improve revenue and return on investment.
• Integrate Alli into daily workflows, support adoption, and provide product insights to improve its effectiveness.
• Design technical solutions and custom strategies for complex client requirements.
• Build relationships with platform representatives and collaborate with influencer teams on testing, measurement, and cohesive campaign strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in paid social strategy or a related field, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced expertise in paid social and content marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
• Intermediate knowledge of marketing metrics, planning, and analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and people-focused leadership skills.
