Demand Planning Analyst (ORV)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, USA; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $69,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the monthly Demand Review process and align stakeholders on the 18-month ORV demand plan.
• Develop retail and industry forecasts using trend analysis, Blue Yonder statistical models, competitive insights, promotional inputs, and leadership guidance.
• Consolidate product line, segment, and marketing name forecasts.
• Integrate dealer profiles, order forecasts, and inventory targets to build ship plans.
• Communicate global ship demand plans to scheduling and manufacturing teams.
• Present forecasts, risks, opportunities, and planning recommendations to ORV leadership while improving data quality and planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analytics.
• Experience developing data-driven plans and recommendations that influence business leaders.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 10%; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in demand planning or forecasting.
• Experience with Power BI and Alteryx.
