Field Reimbursement Manager - Dermatology - New Brunswick, NJ

Location: Remote/Field role based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, with approximately 70% travel within the assigned geography.

Salary: $122,250.00–$176,583.33 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay patient support programs, reimbursement, access issues, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
• Coordinate with Patient Support Services, Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, vendors, and alliance colleagues to support Dupixent access and pull-through efforts.
• Educate healthcare office personnel on prior authorization, appeals, reimbursement support, free-drug programs, and financial assistance.
• Develop and implement geographic business plans and maintain knowledge of payer, specialty pharmacy, and utilization management criteria.
• Conduct HIPAA-compliant healthcare professional office visits and resolve escalated patient access issues.
• Build relationships with customers, state societies, associations, and advocacy groups while improving access cycle time and patient conversion.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or relevant experience.
• Experience or knowledge in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement and access, specialty pharmacy, or Market Access is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and maintain compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to meetings, trainings, programs, and healthcare offices as required.
