Enterprise Labeling Analyst (SAP)

Location: hirify.global Global Service Center, Taguig, Philippines

What you will do

• Coordinate label creation, modification, design, testing, approval, and implementation across hirify.global manufacturing and distribution locations.
• Process labeling requests through established procedures and systems, including SAP, MES, DMT, ELC, ITSM, Blue, SharePoint, and GMCE.
• Validate request data, coordinate template creation, assign task owners and approvers, and complete work within SLA targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Legal, R&D, Quality, data providers, clients, and system administrators.
• Maintain accurate request statuses, metrics, and dashboards while preventing data corruption.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency, reduce cycle time, escalate issues, and ensure compliance with labeling policies, ISO, QMS, and EHS standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Strong command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, interpersonal, and task-coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information, work under pressure and tight deadlines, manage external relationships, and collaborate across diverse organizations, countries, and functions.
• Ability to train and develop others, learn quickly, and follow operational, quality, ethical, and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Background in Labeling and Packaging Graphics Operations.
• Experience in project coordination or management.
• Knowledge of Power BI or SQL.
• Previous SAP experience.
