Master Data Steward for Central MDG (SAP)

Location: 6750 Building, Ayala, Makati City, Philippines; hybrid work model with remote work from home several days a week. Night shift.

What you will do

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of finance master data, including general ledger, profit center, cost center, joint venture, and business partner data.
• Manage finance master data CRUD processes in SAP MDG and S/4HANA.
• Define, document, and enforce data standards based on the Common Information Model and master data governance processes.
• Monitor data quality, identify trends and issues, and implement process improvements.
• Create and maintain master data controls, procedures, policies, and business rules in compliance with internal controls and SOX.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams, and train end users on data management processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, and customer engagement skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused working style.
• Comfort working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, SMART by GEP, or Maximo.
• Strong Accounts Payable background.
• Experience using digital tools and technology to improve business processes.
