What you will do
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, security, and effective adoption.
- Develop CRM governance, guidelines, best practices, training, and user support for the commercial organization.
- Integrate and analyze CRM, SAP, and other business data sources to generate actionable performance insights.
- Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business monitoring and decision-making.
- Recommend and implement SQL-based data integration solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead multi-stakeholder projects, coach colleagues, and coordinate with APAC CRM and Commercial Excellence teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM management, or business analytics.
- Experience with CRM administration, system management, user support, and data governance.
- Proficiency in Power BI or a similar dashboard and reporting platform.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, SAP or another ERP system, and SQL-based data integration.
- Strong business analytics, stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional project coordination skills.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
