Finance Manager

What you will do

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes with the outsourced accounting service provider.
• Review accounting schedules and deliverables and prepare monthly management and financial reports.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and weekly revenue tracking.
• Partner with the Japan General Manager and agency team across project setup, billing, reconciliation, and timely job closure.
• Manage working capital, cash flow efficiency, and project profitability.
• Support audits, tax filings, workflow improvements, and other financial operations.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting and Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Fluent Japanese and English required.
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience with statutory and tax filings.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, independent, and able to collaborate with local and overseas stakeholders.
• Experience in a multinational environment and managing outsourced accounting service providers.
