Digital & IT - Predictive Data Science Internship (AI)

Location: Medina, Minnesota, USA; interns are typically based at hirify.global Headquarters and must commute to the office. The 12-week, 40-hour internship runs from May 17–August 6 or June 1–August 20, 2027. Relocation support may be available for eligible interns working more than 35 miles from their assigned location.

Salary: $23.50–$32.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.

What you will do

• Analyze large customer, dealer, supply chain, and operational datasets.
• Build predictive models and forecasting solutions.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Identify trends, improve forecasting, optimize processes, and support business performance.
• Collaborate with analytics, technology, operations, and business teams.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science or a related business field, with graduation between August 2027 and May 2029.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and at least two years of university coursework preferred.
• Ability to commit to the full 12-week internship and work 40 hours per week.
• Must be a U.S. person and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting to the office and be open to geographic mobility and relocation opportunities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.

Nice to have

• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant project experience.
• Leadership experience in work, organizations, or the classroom.
• Strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.
