Head of Corporate FP&A (AI)

What you will do

• Own long-range, annual, quarterly, and rolling planning processes across the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, headcount, revenue, and operating investments.
• Build integrated financial and operating plans, maintain resource-allocation guardrails, and run the company-wide financial operating cadence.
• Design, govern, and scale Pigment as the core platform for forecasting, management reporting, scenario planning, and performance management.
• Assess performance drivers and translate insights into recommendations and decisions with Finance and business leaders.
• Prepare executive and board narratives and lead financial projections, scenario analysis, investor materials, diligence, and data-room readiness for financing processes.
• Use AI and automation to improve reconciliation, modeling, forecasting, reporting, insight generation, and recurring workflows while maintaining controls.

Requirements

• Significant Corporate FP&A or comparable company-wide planning experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial operating cadence.
• Hands-on ownership of a modern enterprise planning system, such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, integrated modeling, and GAAP financial statements.
• Experience with board reporting, fundraising, financial diligence, or other high-stakes corporate processes.
• Applied AI fluency and the ability to use AI in Finance workflows while maintaining appropriate controls.

• Direct experience with Pigment.
• Experience building functions, developing people, and establishing systems and standards in a lean organization.
