Senior Software Developer (Golang/Terraform)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and software solutions using Golang.
• Build reusable Terraform infrastructure-as-code modules and automate cloud provisioning, configuration, and resource management.
• Develop APIs, microservices, automation tools, and integrations aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, security teams, and developers across the full software development lifecycle.
• Review code and Terraform configurations, troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues, and improve performance, reliability, and deployment efficiency.
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to improve engineering workflows and share adoption best practices.

Requirements

• Senior-level software development experience with a full understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Golang, backend services, APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving, consultative, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to oversee project execution, own deliverables, communicate risks and dependencies, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ability to lead, mentor, coach, and motivate colleagues in a collaborative environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance daily engineering work and support AI adoption.
