Benefits Specialist (Employee Benefits): Administering and improving medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee benefits programs with an accent on enrollment, associate education, vendor coordination, and compliance. Focus on analyzing benefits data, conducting audits and reconciliations, monitoring ACA eligibility, and streamlining benefits administration processes.
Location: Draper, Utah, United States; hybrid with 3–4 days per week onsite

What you will do
- Administer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA, voluntary benefits, and 401(k) programs.
- Manage enrollment, qualifying life events, status changes, terminations, and eligibility administration through ADP.
- Support annual open enrollment, associate education, and benefits communications.
- Provide benefits support to associates and leaders while partnering with Communications, Payroll, HR, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze benefits data, utilization trends, and feedback to recommend program and process improvements.
- Conduct audits, reconciliations, reporting, documentation, and ACA compliance activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
- Direct experience with health insurance, retirement plans, leave administration, and voluntary benefits.
- Experience with ADP, benefits administration software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information accurately and maintain close attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week in Draper, Utah.
