Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Delavan, Wisconsin, United States of America; onsite

Annual base pay: $61,200–$113,600 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, layouts, and workflows.
• Develop and manage project plans covering resources, costs, benefits, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead or support kaizen events, lean work-cell design, cost improvement projects, capital expenditure projects, and supply chain initiatives.
• Coordinate equipment and tooling repairs, vendor activities, purchases, and replacement justifications.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, including routings, OMSs, and MIs, using Excel, CAD packages, Word, and digital photography.
• Support quality and safety activities, including problem solving, PFMEA, quality plans, RCCMs, and resolution of customer and internal quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or Operations Management.
• Experience or advanced academic training related to complex manufacturing or assembly facilities and high-volume production.
• Experience with an ERP system such as JDE or SAP.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel, with the ability to read blueprints or process plans.
• Fact-based problem-solving, sound judgment, analytical ability, and the capacity to develop systems and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, adaptability, persistence, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
