Procurement Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Deliver cost-reduction and cost-management strategies across high-volume supplier categories.
• Manage supplier performance monitoring and maintain relationships with supplier stakeholders.
• Support, review, analyze, and approve tenders from request through closure.
• Negotiate with suppliers and support stakeholders after contract awards to achieve quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Review purchases that are not awarded to the lowest bidder and verify policy-based justifications.
• Coordinate procurement requests, monitor contract and SLA performance, and supervise the team’s activities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in procurement or financial services, including 3 years managing others.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related subject.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
• Strong negotiation, networking, decision-making, and numerical analysis skills.
• Experience with supplier or third-party management software.
• Experience collecting and analyzing data, with strong leadership capabilities.
