What you will do
- Oversee expediting activities for purchase orders, material technical records, supplier deliverables, and project documentation.
- Review purchase order, engineering, contract, and quality requirements to ensure supplier compliance.
- Coordinate source inspections, inspection assignment packages, supplier audits, certificates, and inspection records.
- Track supplier delivery dates, issue weekly expediting and progress reports, and support project schedule requirements.
- Identify and coordinate solutions for engineering, fabrication, delivery, sub-supplier, logistics, and resource delays.
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, fabrication, construction, logistics, clients, project teams, and suppliers, including warranty claim management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain and 6+ years in the EPC industry in a similar field.
- Knowledge of the expediting process as it relates to procurement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and meet tight timelines.
- Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, MS Office, and organizational tasks.
- Successful completion of applicable pre-employment onboarding checks may be required.
