Associate, Data Science (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid arrangement with a minimum of four days per week in the office

What you will do

• Productionise data science and AI prototypes into reliable, supportable applications and services.
• Deploy Python-based analytics solutions using containerised or cloud-based delivery patterns.
• Provide technical guidance, templates, and safe pathways for business users and citizen developers to move prototypes into production.
• Apply clean architecture, source control, testing, and deployment standards with global data science and engineering teams.
• Modernise legacy analytics solutions using Python, Snowflake, and governed platforms.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards, recurring analytical workflows, documentation, runbooks, and operational handoffs while providing EMEA time-zone support.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in data science, software engineering, data engineering, or a related technical role.
• Practical experience with Python and data-focused application development.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Snowflake, or similar data ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud deployment concepts, DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
