Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Own the contact strategy used by AI agents during debt-recovery calls.
• Build models of debtor behavior and determine how agents should engage with debtors.
• Design and run experiments to optimize recovery rates and business outcomes.
• Ship machine-learning models into production and turn model outputs into operational decisions.
• Improve contact strategies across voice, messaging, email, and SMS channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience shipping machine-learning systems that ran in production and improved business metrics.
• Expert Python skills.
• Strong probability and statistics knowledge, with the ability to defend analytical conclusions.
• Experience with experimentation and model-driven decision-making.
• Degree in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, computer science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in collections or fintech is not required.
