What you will do

• Own the contact strategy and model debtor behavior to optimize recovery rates.
• Ship ML models to production that directly move key business metrics.
• Design and implement models that dictate the strategy for every AI agent call.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation to turn model outputs into actionable business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with founders in a high-autonomy, small-team environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience shipping ML models that ran in production and impacted business metrics.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Strong, defensible knowledge of probability and statistics.
• Degree in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or computer science.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.
