2027 Graduate Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, with attendance at the London office 2–3 days per week. Working from abroad is available for up to 120 days per year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

Salary: £45,000 starting salary plus a £5,000 signing bonus and up to 10% annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Investigate business problems, test ideas, and recommend improvements to products, customer experience, and business performance.
• Develop and test lending strategies that support growth, profitability, and customer outcomes.
• Analyze product performance, prioritize opportunities, and build self-serve analytics tools.
• Design and deploy predictive models for products and business decisions.
• Apply large language models and deep learning techniques to risk, customer experience, financial crime, and technology challenges.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.

Requirements

• Confidence working with mathematics at A-level complexity.
• Ability to break down complex challenges, apply logic, and make thoughtful judgments.
• Curiosity about data, technology, and improving how things work.
• Interest in learning Python, SQL, and AI-enabled tools.
• Initiative, accountability, ambition, and willingness to challenge existing thinking.
• Applicants are generally expected to be 2026 or 2027 graduates available to start in February or September 2027.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in credit strategy, product analytics, data science, technology, risk analytics, or related areas.
