Location: Remote within the Philadelphia Metro geographic territory; candidates should reside within the assigned territory. The role is field-based, requires travel up to 80%, and includes evening and weekend events. Applicants are limited to US and Puerto Rico residents.

Salary: $100,500.00–$145,166.66 annually.

What you will do

  • Provide branded and unbranded education on hemophilia therapies, wellness, and lifestyle topics.
  • Engage patients, caregivers, and local hemophilia organizations to identify education and support needs.
  • Build community relationships and represent hirify.global at local and national patient events.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, manage activities in the CRM, and support launch strategies.
  • Share patient and market insights through advisory boards, feedback groups, internal projects, and content development.
  • Collaborate with Case Management, Sales, Marketing, Medical, Public Affairs, and Market Access while ensuring policy compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience educating patients and caregivers with rare or chronic conditions.
  • Residence within the assigned Philadelphia Metro territory.
  • Ability to work within and outside traditional business hours and travel up to 80%.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • English required; Spanish is preferred. Full COVID-19 vaccination is required as part of the job responsibilities.

Nice to have

  • At least 5 years of industry success or 10 years of clinical experience as an advanced registered nurse practitioner, physician assistant, registered nurse, physical therapist, or social worker.
  • Hematology, product launch, specialty pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Advanced degree in science, business, or nursing.
