What you will do

• Create and maintain response playbooks for customer inquiries, complaints, and praise across social media.
• Build modular response templates that balance technical empathy, clarity, and hirify.global’s brand voice.
• Define platform-specific social care strategies for X, Facebook, Reddit, and Instagram.
• Use social listening tools to identify customer pain points, security trends, and emerging product issues.
• Design escalation workflows for technical security issues and high-profile complaints.
• Coach and mentor frontline social support agents on response quality and emotional intelligence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer care, social media strategy, or brand community management, ideally in technology or SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of native social media platforms and social CRM tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to explain complex cybersecurity issues in clear, reassuring language.
• Experience designing workflows, analyzing sentiment data, and creating operational frameworks.
• Strong interest in consumer privacy, digital identity protection, and online safety.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, and creative skills.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Python or markup languages to communicate technical requirements to engineers.
