I2C Collection & Dispute Management Team Lead (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage customer collections and open receivables for complex, high-value accounts.
• Lead the end-to-end dispute lifecycle, including investigation, resolution, financial posting, credits, revenue adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Improve payment behavior, cash flow, Days Sales Outstanding, and credit-risk management.
• Monitor collection KPIs against service-level agreements, perform forecasting and root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Provide senior subject-matter expertise and escalation leadership for complex customer and revenue issues.
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue, and Finance teams on process improvements, reporting, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience with end-to-end Invoice to Cash processes, especially collections and dispute management.
• Fluent English required for oral and written communication.
• Strong customer engagement, negotiation, communication, collaboration, influencing, and change-management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; ability to prepare analysis and present strategies to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage complex customer portfolios, resolve escalated disputes, and support compliance and audit readiness.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant financial certification.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Experience in a BPO or multinational shared-services environment.
• Digital or intelligent automation capabilities and foreign-language skills.
