Finance Business Partner Officer (Finance): Supporting financial analysis and reporting for business departments with an accent on management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and KPI review. Focus on consolidating operational data, preparing annual budgets and current estimates, and translating large financial datasets into decision-ready reports and presentations.

What you will do
- Analyse departmental financial performance and prepare summaries, commentaries, and presentations.
- Analyse large volumes of financial data for reporting and decision-making.
- Generate and circulate monthly management reporting packs.
- Consolidate operational data for current estimates of full-year results.
- Support annual budget preparation and finalisation, including data consolidation, presentations, and budget journals.
- Conduct regular business KPI analysis for monthly reporting presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or in related financial systems and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP and other accounting systems.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- Applicants must be UAE nationals.
Nice to have
- Progress toward ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or another professional finance qualification.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Additional language skills.
