Credit Controller - Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Onsite, full-time, 6–8 month contractual assignment. Candidates must be available to work in Dubai, hold valid UAE work authorization, and have their own resident visa.

What you will do

• Maintain customer billing accounts, accounts receivable files, receipts, cash records, and bank deposits.
• Dispatch invoices, follow up on payments, allocate collections, and report collection activity against deadlines.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate customer queries, process adjustments, and communicate with customers through multiple channels.
• Prepare and monitor monthly collection cash forecasts and plan collection targets.
• Perform credit checks, monitor credit limits and payment patterns, and recommend actions for overdue or irrecoverable debt.
• Review and enhance credit control procedures, support direct payment system implementation, and pursue outstanding debts to resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, collections, or a similar finance role.
• Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment.
• Required experience with SAP and advanced knowledge of finance software, databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English required; valid UAE work authorization and an own UAE resident visa required.
• No supervisory responsibilities are included in this role.
