Finance Business Partner (Temp)

What you will do

• Partner with business leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Deliver financial analysis, recommendations, and business-case models for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis across business units.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities while improving operational efficiency, cost structures, and revenue growth.
• Prepare and present financial reports, translating complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Improve financial reporting, planning, cost controls, compliance, and financial awareness across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CA.
• Strong experience in business partnering, commercial finance, FP&A, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, data interpretation, and variance analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP, financial software, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
