What you will do

• Partner with business and functional leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis across business units.
• Build financial models for business cases, new projects, and investment decisions.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Improve financial reporting, planning, cost control, and compliance processes.
• Present financial insights to stakeholders and strengthen financial awareness across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CA.
• Strong experience in business partnering, commercial finance, FP&A, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, data interpretation, and variance analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP, financial software, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
