Associate Decision Scientist (Data Science)

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, with three days in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States. A relocation bonus is available for candidates moving to Denver.

Base compensation: $69,000–$80,000 per year, plus equity as part of the overall compensation package.

What you will do

• Analyze large volumes of behavioral and transaction data across functions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve product design and user experience through data-driven decisions.
• Build insightful reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly and concisely.
• Identify new ways to use data to improve hirify.global’s products.

Requirements

• 0–1+ years of experience in an analytical function.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, economics, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in SQL data wrangling and analytical methods.
• Experience with modern BI tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
• Experience with modern data analysis tools such as Python, Spark, Hive, or Airflow.
• Must live in the United States and currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
