Data Developer / Data Analyst (Data Governance)

Location: Brazil; remote home-office position

What you will do

• Support the implementation and evolution of Data & AI Governance practices.
• Analyze structured data to support governance initiatives and business needs.
• Work with data catalogs, glossaries, business terms, datasets, attributes, metadata, and data lineage.
• Support data stewardship and curation by organizing, documenting, and maintaining data assets.
• Help define and maintain data governance policies, standards, and processes.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve data quality, usability, and alignment.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Analyst, Data Developer, Data Governance Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of Data Governance concepts and practices.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and data-related documentation.
• Experience with data catalogs, business terms, metadata, datasets, attributes, or data lineage.
• Python experience for data analysis, manipulation, or automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Data & AI Governance initiatives or Data Governance and Data Management tools.
• Knowledge of Data Quality frameworks and practices.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments.
• Experience implementing or improving Data Governance frameworks.
