Material Planner (SAP)

Location: Heredia, Costa Rica; onsite production-planning role

Salary: ₡1,231,300.27–₡1,846,950.40 per month

What you will do

• Analyze incoming demand in SAP to support delivery goals and review requests for earlier delivery.
• Generate timely production schedules aligned with shipping dates, customer requests, and inventory targets.
• Assess model demand and determine the production capacity required to meet business requirements.
• Schedule the materials needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Support workplace organization, occupational health, hygiene, environmental responsibilities, and employee training follow-up.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• English at B2 level.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
