Experienced ASIC Analog Layout Engineer

What you will do

• Integrate analog and mixed-signal IC layouts at the top level.
• Define chip-level floorplans, padframes, and bonding diagrams in coordination with other domains.
• Coordinate layout engineers and drive floorplans according to chip-level requirements.
• Generate and integrate analog layouts at block and chip level.
• Perform pin placement, parasitic extraction, and layout optimization.
• Support DRC, LVS, tape-out, and collaboration with design engineers to meet speed, area, power, DFM, ESD, and EMC requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or a comparable qualification.
• Long-term experience in analog layout design and proven experience with top-level layout integration.
• Strong expertise in BCD technologies from 65 nm to 180 nm.
• Deep understanding of deep-submicron effects, including parasitics, coupling, and matching.
• Proficiency with layout design, DRC, LVS, and extraction tools, plus knowledge of analog circuit design.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required; German is a plus.
