What you will do

• Take technical responsibility for mixed-signal ASIC characterization across analog circuits, digital logic, and high-speed interfaces.
• Plan and execute characterization campaigns covering all operating corners.
• Design, set up, perform, and optimize laboratory measurements to obtain accurate silicon data.
• Analyze relationships between circuit design, process technology, and measured results.
• Debug discrepancies between measured data and simulations through systematic root-cause analysis.
• Develop measurement methodologies, standards, best practices, and automated test and data-analysis workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Several years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal ASIC characterization.
• Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, high-speed interfaces such as ADC/DAC and SerDes, and signal-integrity measurement methods.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, arbitrary waveform generators, source-measure units, and high-frequency measurement equipment.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar environments for measurement automation and data analysis.
• Fluent English is required. German language skills are a plus.
