What you will do

• Lead end-to-end mixed-signal ASIC characterization processes to derive insights for next-generation chips.
• Set up and execute complex laboratory measurements using oscilloscopes, arbitrary waveform generators, and SMUs.
• Analyze signal integrity and evaluate high-speed interfaces such as ADC/DAC and SerDes.
• Automate measurement workflows and analyze large datasets using Python and MATLAB.
• Deconstruct complex technical problems into structured analyses to implement robust solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a closely related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal ASIC characterization.
• Deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design and signal-integrity measurement methods.
• Proficiency with high-frequency measurement tools and complex test equipment.
• Fluent English proficiency is required; German skills are considered a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Germany.
