What you will do

• Provide deskside assistance for operating system, standard application, site-specific, and hardware issues.
• Deploy systems for new users and migrate existing users to new hardware.
• Prepare system images and install standard applications during hardware migrations.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user creation and password resets.
• Assist users with problem determination and support compliance reviews.
• Communicate with customers through help desk tickets and explain issues clearly to end users.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate deskside support environment.
• At least 4 years of experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10.
• At least 4 years of hardware troubleshooting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with system backup and recovery methodologies and their implementation.
• Comfort working as part of a team in a multi-company organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
