Sr Manager, Technical Services (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Direct, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor technical support operations for customers, patients, distributors, and the business.
• Manage national and regional Technical Service teams and develop the leadership pipeline.
• Prepare and administer the Technical Service annual operating plan and manage resources against budget.
• Partner with country and regional leaders to align technical services with business and market strategies.
• Track operational, spare-parts, quality, compliance, and customer-satisfaction KPIs.
• Manage product releases, serviceability assessments, training requirements, tools, spare parts, documentation, and equipment-related quality issues.

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical technology management with a customer-satisfaction focus.
• Strong experience with medical-device services; renal therapies are an advantage.
• Project management experience; Lean or Green Belt knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience managing remote operations, budgets, and intra-hospital management.
• Effective use of Microsoft Office and IT tools.
• Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is desirable.
