Senior Associate, Treasury

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement with 18 remote workdays per quarter subject to manager approval.

Base salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually, plus discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term rewards.

What you will do

• Maintain, improve, and automate the proprietary counterparty risk model and related reporting.
• Manage liquidity across private equity and private credit funds, covering capital calls, deal funding, and operational obligations.
• Lead Treasury automation initiatives to reduce manual work and support business growth.
• Collaborate with third-party administrators, custody banks, Fund Accounting, Operations, and Deal Teams.
• Support Treasury oversight during the operational build-out of new products and administrator workflows.
• Embed fiduciary standards, strong controls, accuracy, and risk awareness into Treasury operations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and hands-on experience building and maintaining VBA tools and macros.
• Experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for liquidity, risk, and Treasury KPIs.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for translating complex data into executive-level presentations.
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in the Boston-based hybrid arrangement with regular office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Background in private equity, private credit, or alternative asset management Treasury operations.
• Experience with Power Automate or Python and a focus on process automation.
• Ability to implement AI in data modeling, automation, or agentic workflows.
