Senior Associate, Income Simulation Analytics (Finance)

Salary: $120k–$140k annual base salary

What you will do

• Contribute to the annual strategic plan, earnings forecast updates, and gap analysis.
• Identify, quantify, monitor, and report market risk in projected earnings analytics.
• Develop alternative what-if scenario simulations for risk management and strategic planning.
• Maintain and improve reports built with SQL, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Assist with the market risk income simulation model and mortgage prepayment models.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance income simulation procedures and controls.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Math, Finance, Economics, or another technical field.
• Approximately three years of quantitative analytical experience, preferably in a financial institution or highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of market risk management, balance sheets, capital structure, fixed-income capital markets, and MBS analytics.
• Experience with analytical systems and models used to measure risk.
• Intermediate SQL and working knowledge of Excel, VBA, Access, Power BI, Power Query, and Copilot.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Graduate degree.
• Experience with QRM, AFT, and Polypaths.
