CX Business Intelligence Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Phoenix; hybrid in Denver and San Francisco; New York, New York. Employees based in Denver, San Francisco, and New York are expected to work from the office approximately 2–3 days per week or more depending on the role. The San Francisco office expectation includes the San Jose metro area.

Salary: $111,160–$138,950 per year in Denver and most major metro locations; $134,735–$168,419 per year in San Francisco and New York.

What you will do

• Own the data layer supporting Customer Experience service models, telephony migration, and operational decision-making.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, models, ETL workflows, monitoring systems, and Streamlit dashboards.
• Define CX metrics, measurement frameworks, data quality practices, and governance policies.
• Apply advanced statistical methods and AI-driven anomaly detection to diagnose performance issues and identify opportunities.
• Partner with CX leaders, data science, data engineering, and Salesforce tool developers on analytical strategy.
• Present complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor data practitioners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data governance.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with data modeling, schema design, data quality, cloud platforms, and Snowflake.
• Experience building and maintaining reporting pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Experience governing AI-assisted analytics outputs, including validation standards, dashboard audits, drift monitoring, and mandatory human review rules.
• Frequent practical use of AI in analytics workflows, with clear understanding of where human verification is required.
