Experienced Embedded Linux Software Developer (C++)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain software solutions for product enhancements and new products.
• Develop and maintain embedded Linux platform components, primarily in modern C++.
• Debug and troubleshoot application code, Embedded Linux, and hardware.
• Investigate technical feasibility, evaluate software and hardware compatibility, and solve complex engineering problems.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions, requirements analysis, planning, estimations, and technical documentation.
• Improve software development processes and engineering methods in collaboration with R&D stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software design.
• Strong experience with software design and architecture, scalable software architectures, and modern C++ programming.
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, CAN, secure communication protocols, microcontrollers, and low-level programming with Cortex, ARM, or STM platforms.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, module and system testing, and test automation in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing and optimizing software for resource-constrained systems and using AI-assisted software development tools.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent education, plus strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
