What you will do

  • Develop and maintain software in Linux user space using C, Go, and Python.
  • Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized and well-defined.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate delivery efforts across internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team performance.
  • Maintain a hands-on role in the codebase while steering overall project delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Lund, Sweden.
  • Solid experience in C programming within an embedded Linux user-space environment.
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role, such as backlog owner or scrum master.
  • Engineering degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear priorities and facilitate team decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python and Go.
  • Knowledge of software design and architecture.
  • Familiarity with Git, Gerrit, Jira, and Yocto.
  • Domain knowledge of storage media.
