Global Logistics Lead (Gaming)

What you will do

• Implement global logistics strategy across carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, including agendas, scorecards, presentations, action logs, follow-ups, and accountability.
• Manage logistics partner relationships, performance issues, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and service improvements.
• Lead transportation management system onboarding for external carriers and suppliers.
• Analyze transportation cost, service, capacity, tendering, transit, and exception data, then recommend improvements.
• Manage contracts, RFPs, rate reviews, SOPs, governance documents, and cross-functional logistics initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, carrier or third-party logistics management, sourcing, service-provider performance management, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across global time zones with limited supervision.
• Experience with Power BI, transportation management systems, SQL, Snowflake, or other supply chain technologies is desirable.
